Milan, November 28, 2025 – CleanBnB, the leading Italian operator in the professional management of short-term rentals, announces the acquisition of 100% of the company Case Ospitali Srl and the start of synergic commercial management with the CaseOspitali.it platform, a historic property management operator founded by Silvia Ghezzi and Antonella Brugnola.

CaseOspitali.it is a company specialized in property management services for short-term rentals with a model in line with CleanBnB standards, which manages a portfolio of approximately 60 units located mainly in the city of Milan and its immediate hinterland, for a value of gross booking more than one million euros per year.

The collaboration comes at a crucial stage for the Italian market, characterised by strong evolution: traveller demand remains high and increasingly oriented towards professional standards, while the number of unstructured operators decreases, often penalized by complex regulations, increasing costs and ever-increasing guest expectations.
