Short-term rentals: the partnership between CleanBnB and Banca Progetto is underway. Opening of a one million euro line of financing for the further development of the business in the area

CleanBnB, Innovative SME listed on AIM Italia, born in 2016 and landed on the Milan Stock Exchange (AIM Italia) in July 2019, offers complete property management for the short and medium-term rental market and is the most widespread national operator in the sector. With a managed portfolio of over 1.050 properties, CleanBnB is present in over 60 locations throughout Italy, even in those smaller which have a lot to offer from a tourist point of view but are traditionally outside the big circuits and hotel investments.

The most recent trends of the market in fact, they seem to confirm the preference of travelers for solutions where social distancing is better guaranteed: this, in times of pandemic emergency, has been the key to the success of apartment tourism, which has allowed CleanBnB to manage over 14.700 stays during 2020 .

The recent agreement with Banca Progetto, an institute specialized in services for small and medium-sized Italian enterprises and private customers, with offices in Milan and Rome and a commercial network present throughout the country, is already operational with the opening of a line of financing of one million euros that CleanBnB will use in the consolidation of business and in local development activities. Among other things, with this loan it will be possible to finance the working capital to acquire and integrate entire portfolios from other operators to whom CleanBnB offers itself as an aggregation pole.
